French for Children provides French classes for children in the locality of Dublin 15 and surrounding area.
The course given is primarily for children with no or very little previous knowledge of French. French children living in Ireland are also attending the classes to reinforce the French environment present at home. It is to help children learn French at an age when they are most receptive and uninhibited.
French for Children is run by French native Sabine Maher. Sabine is using the excellent methodology from La Jolie Ronde. Established since 1983, this company is a leader in teaching French in the UK with over 900 after school centres and has won many language awards in the UK so you can be confident that your child will learn with the best resources. La Jolie Ronde provides a carefully structured program which is proven and very successful. It offers a solid underlying structure that enables children to progress year after year. It offers continuation and progression through various courses according to age and ability.
Classes are small (up to 12 children) and your child will receive plenty of personal attention. Children attending classes will get the opportunity to:- achieve high standards through interesting, rewarding and fun activities
- be with children their own age and in small groups
- follow a structured and proven programme
- progress through the programme using the famous La Jolie Ronde high quality activity books and CDs
- listen to and imitate a French native teacher
